The gallery features Michele’s extensive range of handmade jewelry, all hand fabricated in-house, as well as a stunning collection of pieces by some of today’s most compelling jewelry designers.

MICHELE MERCALDO
AN ARTIST AND MASTER CRAFTSPERSON. A graduate of Massachusetts College of Art, Michele has been designing and making contemporary jewelry for 30 years. Her work has won many national awards, and has been celebrated as a Best of Boston selection by Boston Magazine. New and long-standing clients are drawn as much to her clean and modern aesthetic as they are to her vibrant use of unusual precious stones. Michele’s work always conveys her precise sense of scale and proportion. And her affinity for geometric designs is softened by the hand-crafted warmth of each piece.
Michele’s most iconic pieces embody beautiful contradictions — feminine & masculine, refined & urban. Her work marries strong, classic lines to a progressive sensibility.
WEDDING & ENGAGEMENT
LET US CREATE AN HEIRLOOM FOR YOU. Michele loves bringing a contemporary edge to the field of bridal design. Her wedding & engagement rings are made to size, all hand-crafted, and are available in gold, palladium, platinum and silver. A broad selection of engagement rings and wedding bands line the center case of the gallery and are always ready for clientèle. Michele makes all of her work out of 100% recycled Harmony Metals from Hoover & Strong and is able to provide a variety of unique, ethically sourced diamonds or gemstones to suit a client’s needs.
POLICIES
DEPOSITS ON CUSTOM JEWELRY: After the custom design process, a ½ deposit is due in order to start the project. The remainder of the balance is due on final project pick-up.
RETURNS: Custom jewelry pieces are Final Sales and are non-returnable. Unworn jewelry from our showroom is returnable for store credit if returned within 14 days of purchase.
REPAIRS: We repair any pieces that were purchased at Michele Mercaldo Contemporary Jewelry Design. Jewelry repairs not purchased at Michele Mercaldo are accepted only upon review. Please stop by the showroom with the item to have it reviewed and receive a quote.
